At Silue, every order is produced with intention. Because we work through a made-to-order white label model, our process is designed to support quality, flexibility, and production aligned with the specific needs of each partner.
We do not carry inventory. Once your order is confirmed and the 50% initial payment has been received, production begins.
Production Timeline
After order confirmation and prepayment, your garments enter production. Manufacturing typically takes 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the size and requirements of the order.
Because each order is produced based on your needs, production timelines may vary slightly according to volume, style selection, and customization details. This made-to-order approach allows us to focus on consistency, quality, and a more tailored white label experience.
Shipping Process
Once production is complete, orders are shipped directly from Colombia to the final shipping destination.
Delivery time after shipment will depend on the destination address, but in most cases, shipping may take approximately 3 to 10 business days.
