Returns & Defects Policy

At Silue, all garments are produced according to the specific needs of each order. Because we operate through a made-to-order white label model and do not carry inventory, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

Please review the policy below carefully.

Made-to-Order Policy

All Silue orders are manufactured based on the styles, sizes, colors, quantities, and specifications requested by the customer. For this reason:

  • we do not accept returns for non-defective items
  • we do not accept exchanges based on preference, over-ordering, or change of need
  • we do not accept returns for custom, private label, or made-to-order production once the order has been confirmed and manufactured

We encourage all partners to review order details carefully before submitting production approval.

Manufacturing Defects

We only accept claims for items with a manufacturing defect.

A manufacturing defect refers to an issue resulting from production, such as a significant flaw in construction, stitching, or garment assembly that affects the intended use of the product.

Reporting a Defect

If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us by email within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Please send your claim to:
sales@wearesilue.com

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • your order number
  • style name or product reference
  • quantity affected
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the defect

Claims submitted after the 72-hour window may not be accepted.

Review Process

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the information provided and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under this policy.

If the claim is approved, Silue may, at its discretion:

  • replace the defective item
  • offer a credit
  • provide another reasonable resolution based on the nature of the issue

What Is Not Considered a Manufacturing Defect

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • incorrect size ordered or selected
  • dissatisfaction with fit, feel, or preference
  • normal variation within standard production tolerance
  • damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or improper care
  • wear and tear after use
  • issues resulting from incorrect storage or third-party alteration
  • approved custom specifications that were produced as requested

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible and include photos of both the packaging and the affected items. We will review the situation and advise on next steps.
